To promote the pupils in the next school year, perform the following steps:

• Create generic periods for next scholar year
• Schedule calendar periods for all types of study clusters, corresponding to the next scholar year
• Create study clusters for next scholar year
• You can visualize, one by one, classes of the earlier scholar year (check the "Include closed records” box) and for each class:
  • Visualize students in each class and then select all (CTRL + A)
  • Click the “Archive” button (the links between each student and the information regarding their previous class/cluster will be saved)
  • Students whose association was previously stored are added to the corresponding class in the following year
