In this interactive educational moment, students will learn to identify the main types of tissues and their functions. Through several types of tests, students are asked to verify their knowledge about animal tissues, by choosing the correct answers.

Taenia – Schematic Reproduction

In this interactive moment, students are asked to place the given pictures from the nearby image correctly, in order to draw the life cycle of the taenia. If they arrange the pictures in the right order, students will get extra information about each stage of taenia's life cycle.

Taenia - Structure

In this educational moment, students will discover taenia, a parasite worm that exists in the adult stage, fixed in the small intestine of some animals and humans. After they learn about the structure of taenia, students are asked to mark the right answers regarding the similarities and differences between taenia and liver fluke.

The Liver Fluke - Structure

In this educational moment, students will discover the liver fluke, a parasite worm that lives in the sheep liver, causing sheep-pox. Students are asked to use a blade and cut a section, in order to notice the internal structure of the liver fluke.

The Planarian - Reproduction

In an interactive simulation, students will observe how regeneration in planarians takes place. They are asked to cut a piece of a planarian and to observe that it does not die, but a new planarian will regenerate from it instead.

In this interactive educational moment, students are asked to take, with a glass, a sample of water containing planarians, in order to discover the components of its digestive system.

In this interactive test, students are asked to answer correctly to several questions. Each question has a certain score. And if they are not sure about the answer, they can ask for another pupil's help, a group of pupils or the teacher.

Regeneration

Through an interactive simulation, students will notice how the regeneration process takes place in hydras.

Hydra – Life Environment

In this educational moment, students are shown, through suggestive pictures, the life environment of the hydras. They are asked to use a pincers to collect several aquatic plants from a marsh and put them in a glass of water, in order to observe a hydra.
