History of AeL development
SIVECO Romania has over 7 years of experience in the computer-assisted training and a strong engagement in the support of this activity area.
The total effort made by the SIVECO Romania team amounted to 32 man-years in 2005, not including future developments.

Standards
At the design and construction of the AeL product, SIVECO Romania opted for portability and maintenance facilities, designing the AeL platform in the multilayer system, using a standard client application of browser web type, and an applications server based on the Java platform. We use up-to-day technologies as J2EE, Enterprise Java Beans, JSP –applets, and XML is intensively used. The concept of content reuse is based on description formats of the XML packing, implementing the necessary elements to be able to import and export conformable to MathML and SCORM standards.
